Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change.

Because each appointment time is reserved especially for you, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment, you may receive a full refund or move your booking to another available time.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, Byron Better Health may refund 70% of the session fee.

The remaining 30% helps cover preparation time, booking administration, and the appointment space that was reserved for you.

Same-day cancellations and missed appointments may not be refunded.

If you cancel a package session with enough notice, the session may be returned to your package balance.

Late cancellations or missed package appointments may be counted as used.

If you are unwell or have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will always do our best to be fair and reasonable.
