By booking a session with Byron Better Health, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Our services

Byron Better Health offers private wellness sessions using HOCATT ozone sauna and HUGO Pro PEMF therapies.

Our services are designed to support general wellness, relaxation, recovery, circulation, and a sense of wellbeing.

Our services are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Medical responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information on your intake form.

Please let us know before your session if you:

Have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a pacemaker or implanted device, have uncontrolled blood pressure, take medication, feel unwell, have had recent surgery, or have any concerns about whether the session is suitable for you.

If you are unsure, please speak with your doctor or qualified health practitioner before booking.

Right to refuse or modify a session

For safety reasons, Byron Better Health may refuse, postpone, or modify a session if we believe it may not be suitable for you on the day.

This may include cases where you are unwell, dehydrated, have a contraindication, or have not completed the required intake form.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Session packages must be paid in advance.

Package sessions are not transferable unless approved by Byron Better Health.

Arrival time

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment so you can settle in and prepare for your session.

Late arrival may reduce your session time so we can stay on schedule for the next client.

Personal belongings

Please take care of your personal belongings.

Byron Better Health is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Results and experiences

Everyone responds differently.

Some people feel relaxed straight away, while others may notice subtle changes over the next 24–48 hours.

We do not guarantee specific results.

Behaviour and respect

We aim to provide a calm, respectful, and safe environment.

Any inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in the session being ended immediately.

Changes to these terms

Byron Better Health may update these terms from time to time.
