A Note on Anti-Doping Rules

If you compete under a governing body that follows World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) rules, this matters: WADA does not ban ozone itself, but it does prohibit certain delivery methods specifically autohemotherapy (where blood is drawn, ozonated, and reinfused) and IV infusions above certain limits, because these fall under rules against artificial blood manipulation.

HOCATT does not use autohemotherapy or IV delivery. Its modalities transdermal (whole-body skin) ozone, vaginal insufflation, and ozone cupping are generally treated differently under WADA guidance than blood-based methods.   3. Session. We start conservatively (lower temperature, lower ozone concentration) and build up gradually over your first several visits as your body adapts.
